Helpful Tips: Colder water will slow the setting timea and alternatively, warmer water will speed it up.
Adding excess water will make the mixture thinner and may soften the setting strength, Bite Gel™ will not stick to itself after it is set.
Do not soak the mold in water as the alginate can swell and reduce accuracy.
Mixing Ratio: 2 Bite Gel: 1 Water (By Volume)
Water Temperature: (80°F/26°C).
Mixing Time: 30-45 Seconds until smooth.
Transfer in to impression tray
Set Time : 1,5 to 2 minutes
Pour stone into the bite mold as soon as possible.
