Quickly centers and holds pots for trimming on the potter's wheel. It takes the most frustrating step out of the process. Simple and easy to use for the middle school students, yet heavy duty enough for most proficient seniors advanced pieces. Fits all standard wheel sizes, 10-14" diameter (does not fit the Shimpo Aspire). Easy to assemble. Features ergonomically shaped hands to gently hold pot in place. Works for many functions in addition to trimming, including waxing the foot & banding with oxides. This model is for counterclockwise use. (Also available in clockwise oriented). ***
