Ecoflex 00-20

Platinum-catalyzed silicone suitable for a variety of applications including making prosthetic appliances, cushioning for orthotics and special effects applications (especially in animatronics where repetitive motion is required). Will cure at room temperature with negligible shrinkage and without a "tacky" surface. Low viscosity ensures easy mixing and de-airing. Certified safe for skin by an independent laboratory (ISO 10993-10). Cures to a very soft, very strong and very "stretchy" rubber, stretching many times its original size without tearing and will rebound to its original form without distortion.

Can be colored with Silc Pig pigments for creating a variety of color effects. Silicone Thinnercan be added to further lower the viscosity. Thi-Vex silicone thickener can also be added for brushable applications. Although not usually necessary, a release agent (Ease Release 200) will make demolding easier.
