EL-211 Volcanic Glow

A two-tone glaze, inspired by aspects of nature, with a main and a secondary color called a float. When applied to detail pieces, the float color will appear in the crevices. Designed to simulate the aesthetic, movement and interest of mid-range and high fire glazes in a cone 06/05 oxidation kiln firing. Give artists a wide variety of options in one product, as glaze application, firing temperature and shape will influence the outcome of finished work.

Finish: Gloss, dark grayish taupe glaze with a brown stain. Has large red crystals.

BELOW:
Cone: 6
Finish: Changes to brown/gold and breaks over texture; crystals melt and are red/blue. (Surface issues may occur).
