Basecoat to apply on surfaces of various rigid substrates, including rigid urethanes, rigid urethane foams, epoxy plastics, wood, fiberglass, aluminium concrete, plasters, steels, and more. that will be painted with Maker Pro Paints to make them bond tenaciously. Do not use Adhesion Promoter when painting flexible surfaces.
